Marks and Meanings - book now for SHCG's latest seminar

For this Monument Fellowship Masterclass, SHCG is joining forces with the Museums Association and Thinktank, Birmingham science museum. Dr Jim Andrew will focus on what patents can tell use about artefacts, and how to research them. Other common inscriptions such as hallmarks and registered designs will also be covered. Delegates will also learn how to use a free online database to trace 20th century patent numbers, and are encouraged to bring small objects or photographs of patent numbers with them for this part of the seminar.

For more information and our booking form, see our Training and Events section.
